What are the normal Range of Sperm Counts

Males : Sperm counts 40 million to 300 million is the normal range for the number of sperm per milliliter. 

Sperm count below 10 million are considered poor; Sperm counts of 20 million or more may be fine if motility and morphology are normal. Well that is scientific study, 

Astrologically why does it happens no one is considering that simple question.
